User Content

You retain all rights to content you lawfully process through Video2X. The current free workflow processes videos locally in your browser.

You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to use any videos or other materials you process with Video2X.

AI Generation and Content Safety

Video2X currently provides AI-assisted video upscaling and enhancement. You are responsible for the videos, upscaling settings, and generated outputs you process.

We may automatically refuse settings, files, or jobs that appear to violate our safety rules or legal obligations.

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• use our services in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation;
• engage in conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of our services;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers, networks, or third-party systems;
• use our services to distribute malware or other harmful code;
• create, request, upload, generate, or distribute NSFW, adult, pornographic, nude, sexually explicit, or sexually suggestive content, including undressing, fetishized nudity, explicit body focus, twerking, or suggestive poses;
• create, request, upload, generate, or distribute sexual content involving minors, young-looking persons, or age-ambiguous characters;
• create or distribute non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes, voyeuristic content, or content that exploits or sexualizes real people without consent;
• promote adult services, escort services, or sexually explicit products through our services; or
• evade or attempt to evade our moderation, screening, or safety controls.

Moderation and Enforcement

We may use automated systems and human review to assess reported activity, tool settings, and generated outputs for safety, abuse prevention, and legal compliance.

If we believe content or activity violates these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy, we may refuse requests, suspend access, or take other protective action. We may do so with or without notice when necessary.

Use of third-party AI models, APIs, or providers does not limit our enforcement rights and does not excuse violations of these Terms.

Service Availability

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason.
